- When you become a client: the data required to carry out the assignment and for invoicing, such as name, company name, address, email address and payment details.
- When you visit the website: technical data such as your IP address, browser type and browsing behaviour, via analytical cookies (see section 7).
3. Why we process your data
We only process your personal data for clearly defined purposes, and always on a legal basis under the GDPR:
- To contact you and respond to your question or request. Legal basis: your consent and/or our legitimate interest in responding to your message.
- To schedule a clarity call and prepare for it. Legal basis: performance of your request / pre-contractual steps at your request.

4. How long we keep your data
We do not keep your personal data longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:

- Client and invoicing data: for the duration of the assignment and thereafter for as long as the statutory (tax) retention period of 7 years requires.
- Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.
- Analytical data: in line with the retention period of the tool used.
5. Who we share your data with
We never sell your data. We only share it with service providers (“processors”) who help us deliver our services and website. Where required, we have concluded a data processing agreement with these parties. We use:
- Webflow — for hosting and running our website.
- Cal.com — for scheduling clarity calls.
- Microsoft (Outlook & OneDrive) — for our email communication and file storage.
- Notion — as CRM for processing and managing leads and client data.
- Anthropic (Claude) — as an AI tool we use in our work. A client name may be processed in this context, but no further personal data.
- Google (Analytics & Search Console) — for analysing and improving our website.
6. Transfers outside the EU
Some of our service providers are located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including in the United States (such as Webflow, Google, Anthropic and Flodesk). When we share data with these parties, we do so with appropriate safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, so that your data remains protected there as well.
7. Cookies
Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit our site. We distinguish between:
- Functional cookies — necessary for the website to work properly. No consent is required for these.
- Analytical cookies — via Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use our site. We only place these after you have given consent via the cookie banner.
On your first visit we ask for your consent via a cookie banner. You can adjust or withdraw your preferences at any time. Analytical cookies are only loaded after you have given consent.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access — you may request which data we process about you.
- Right to rectification — you may have incorrect data corrected.
- Right to erasure — you may ask us to delete your data.
- Right to restriction — you may have the processing restricted.
- Right to object — you may object to the processing.
- Right to data portability — you may receive your data in a common format.
- Right to withdraw consent — where we process on the basis of consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
Would you like to exercise one of these rights? Send an email to hello@likenoa.com. We respond within the statutory period of four weeks.
9. Filing a complaint
Do you disagree with how we handle your data? Please contact us first at hello@likenoa.com so we can resolve it together. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens), the Dutch privacy regulator: www.autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
10. Security
We take the protection of your data seriously and apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We deliberately choose service providers that meet applicable privacy and security standards.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time, for example when we start using new tools or when laws and regulations require it. You can always find the most recent version on this page. In the event of significant changes, we will inform you where reasonably possible.
